We have the largest beach swimming pool on the Emerald Coast. #309 is a 2 bedroom with a king sized bed in the master suite and a queen sized bed in the second bedroom. Our unit has 2 bunk beds in a third room and sleeper sofa in the living room. We have a full gulf front view and perfectly located in the middle of the building, not too high and not too low. We have a covered walkover directly from the 3rd floor of the parking garage. If you rent #309 I will give you a 15% discount from the regular rate.
